External Unknown Artist Program – TheVeleWenzeCo. Music Hosting Platform

1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the music hosting and promotion services (“Services”) provided by Vele Wenze Productions SA, a company operating under the Vele Wenze Holdings Group (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By applying for and subscribing to the program, you (“Artist”, “User”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

We provide the following services :

• Hosting of music on our platform
• Artist profile creation
• Promotion and exposure opportunities
• Access to artist network and platform features

We reserve the right to modify or improve services at any time.

3. SUBSCRIPTION & FEES

• The program operates on a monthly subscription fee of R100 (South African Rand)
• Payment is billed on a recurring monthly basis
• Access to services is only granted after successful payment
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or removal from the platform

4. NO GUARANTEE OF SUCCESS

We do not guarantee :

• Music streams, views, or followers
• Financial income or success
• Record deals or industry placement

The platform provides opportunity and exposure, not guaranteed results.

5. ARTIST RESPONSIBILITIES

By joining the program, you agree that :

• You own or have full rights to the music you upload
• Your content does not infringe copyright, trademarks, or third-party rights
• Your content is lawful and does not contain harmful, offensive, or illegal material

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• You retain full ownership of your music and content
• By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, stream, and promote your music on our platform and marketing channels

7. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to :

• Suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms
• Remove content that is unlawful or inappropriate

You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds apply for the current billing period.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for:

• Loss of income, data, or opportunities
• Platform downtime or technical issues
• Third-party actions or platform misuse

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

9. AMENDMENTS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
